From a bind, winding the hilt up and passing the point over the opponent's blade to thrust to the lower opening.
Raise the hilt into the upper hanging and let your blade pass over theirs, thrusting down into the lower opening on the other side. It changes the attack from high to low without releasing the bind, and pairs with as the answer to a strong cover.
